Apps for Work-Life Balance

Surprise! There’s no recommendations. After research, it became obvious that one of the biggest culprits for poor work-life balance was the smart phone. The smart phone is a constant connector for both work and personal life. Planning minute-by-minute, and relying on applications to manage both defeats the purpose. Use separate apps for work (you’ll find them under our tech recommendations), and pick apps that suit your personal needs and interests. As we’ve covered, work-life balance varies from person to person – so read up, know what’s best for you, and create your own plan that suits your needs. Plus, less time on our phones can help us to live in the moment – and that’s the whole point.
